Tracy Hibbetts is a Chief Deputy District Attorney in Clark County with 15 years of experience in criminal litigation, public defense, and prosecution. Hibbetts began her legal career in civil law before transitioning to criminal defense, serving over a decade in the Clark County Public Defender's Office, where she handled thousands of cases ranging from misdemeanors to serious felonies. She later joined the Clark County District Attorney's Office, where she prosecutes DUI, hit-and-run, reckless driving, and serious felony cases.

In addition to her courtroom work, Hibbetts has served in leadership roles within the legal community, including President of the Clark County Law Foundation, and has taught and mentored students through youth legal education programs. She is active in community service and veterans' legal assistance programs and has participated in Leadership Las Vegas and the National Judicial College's Judicial Academy. Her husband is a retired Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department sergeant, giving Tracy unique insight into the perspectives of both law enforcement and defendants – experience that will ensure she delivers balanced, thoughtful rulings from the bench.
